Items in the output slot of a smithing table cannot be moved to hotbar slots using the number keys

Summary:

1.21.120.23 Preview has added the ability to move items to hotbar slots using the number keys. However, this does not work for items in the output slot of a grindstone (fixed in 1.21.130.20 Preview) or smithing table. This is inconsistent with Java Edition.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a smithing table

2. Put a smithing template, an ingot or crystal, and a piece of armor in the smithing table

3. Hover over the output slot and press one of the number keys

Observed Results:

Nothing happens.

Expected Results:

The item is moved to the corresponding hotbar slot.
