[MCPE-228338] Character cape does not load when entering the game.

I have a cape equipped on my character, but every time I log in, the cape disappears, and to get it back, I have to open the clothing menu. It's a small bug, but the game is gradually improving.

Upon your first login, the cape will not be reflected on your character's skin in the title screen.

What I'm using is a custom skin. The kind we import from outside the game, but I'm not using a skin from a skin pack.
