2*2 spruce and 2*2 jungle saplings do not grow into a tree when bone mealed by a dispenser

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place four spruce or jungle saplings in a 2×2 square.

2. Position a dispenser so that it points at one of the saplings.

3. Load the dispenser with bonemeal.

4. Power the dispenser with redstone.

Expected Result:

The 2×2 spruce or jungle tree should grow when bonemealed via dispenser, just like when using bonemeal by hand.

Observed Result:

The saplings do not grow into a tree when bonemealed by a dispenser.

If you manually apply bonemeal to the same saplings, the tree grows normally.

Other 2×2 tree types (e.g., dark oak, pale oak) still grow correctly when bonemealed by a dispenser.

Appears specific to spruce and jungle 2×2 configurations.

This worked in the past but now fails after recent updates.
