Unable to join friends world, restarted mu computer 4 times. Didn't work. Restarted minecraftbedrock. Didn't work. Checked of update, there are none. My internet connection if fine. We sit on the loading screen for 4-5min and the we get the error code 'kelp' and 'door' . Help
