In the English (UK) language, the cookie item is known as a biscuit. In the texture, it clearly portrays chocolate chips. In England, cookies are used as the word for any biscuit that uses chocolate chips (whereas in English (American),they are called chocolate chip cookies IRL). As thus, the UK English language options should have the name cookie, not biscuit as there are clearly chocolate chips.
This is intentional, see MCPE-132239.
