MC Skins eyes don't load properly

All of my skins are supposed to have two pixel white eyes, but in the newest update they won’t render properly. Whenever I change the color in the menu it doesn’t change the eyes. It also affects the other eye types. I am unsure if it affects other systems or if the issue renders on other platforms.
