I have experienced my reported bug 3 times in approx 10 hours of gaming on PS4 with the new update 1.21.111 - randomly my FOV will glitch off into a random direction, it will then reset, but after this I cannot interact with objects or my hotbar, then the game crashes causing me to full reset my PS4.
