Every time I try to play with my friends, the following message appears:
"There was a problem with your connection. The multiplayer mode has stopped and will need to be restarted."
I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including changing the internet connection, updating the game to the latest version, and verifying that the multiplayer settings are properly enabled.
Despite these efforts, the issue has been occurring for several months.
Thank you in advance for your attention and support.

There's no error code. But I found something that might help. Today I went to a store and the game worked, both multiplayer and Marketplace. So when I got home, I used my neighbors' internet and my own, but it didn't work. Could it have something to do with the location or my internet provider?
Thank you for your report!

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, could you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?

The Marketplace button is grayed out in your screenshot, so I'm guessing you're also unable to connect to the Marketplace? If so, what error message do you get when you try to open the Marketplace from the main menu?
