Copper and iron bars have the same inconsistent model as java

If you look at metal bars, instead of having two planes at the edge of the top and bottom planes, making it so you can't see the top and bottom planes if they are above or below a block, you see one middle plane. How it should work is the model is the exact same as glass panes, and this is how It worked on all versions before 2014.
