[MCPE-229021] Pressing the "Create new world" button for the first time after entering the game will freeze the game for several seconds

After entering the game, the first time you press the “Create new world” button, there will be a freeze, and then you will not freeze when you press the button again, and once you close Minecraft and re-enter, it will freeze again.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Minecraft
Go to Play > Create new world
Press the “Create new world” button

Observed Results:

The game freezes.

Expected Results
The game should not freeze.
