Planting crops faster by holding right click while riding a Horse no longer works properly

After updating to 1.21.111, the usual approach to planting crops faster by holding right key while riding a Horse is no longer available. Fast clicking does not work too. It seems to have a limitation on the amount of blocks you can plant.

In this video, the first run should have finished all the planting in the older versions, but now it seems to have a speed limitation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a long line of Farmland blocks

2. Tame and ride a Horse

3. Plant crops by holding Right Click while riding the Horse

Observed Results:

Not all crops get planted in the Farmland blocks.

Expected Results:

All crops should be planted in the Farmland blocks.
