Devices with other types of Text to Speech engines will cause an error when enabling Text to Speech for UI (With Video Footage)

I tried using Text to Speech for UI but it throws up an error that the selected language is incompatible with Text to speech and refuses to work. Right now, my device only has Samsung Text to Speech, but when I had Google Speech synthesis engine, it works. I've provided a message the game throws up when the Google tts engine is missing and only uses that specific tts engine instead of system chosen engine like the samsung tts engine. The language used in English (United Kingdom). After the error is shown, no Text to speech audio is played when enabled. Even the “Text to speech with device setting“ option is useless due to this.
