Unsolved Bone item problem

So this one has been an age-long issue unsolved, probably no one would reported it or cared enough to report it (most issues don't get solved anyway), but there is an issue with acquiring bones and placing them in the inventory box after acquisition. And sometimes this is a big issue that requires a Game restart because I cannot acquire another item because of this bug. Please fix it maybe? Hopefully? (youse won't undo the water sprint nerf, or revert the water noise back to the old sound thus keeping the current annoying splash sound effect, it would be nice to some good done on this.)
