[MCPE] Structure Block locks all player interaction (camera still works) – Android 1.21.90–1.21.100

Description:

Opening a Structure Block on Android freezes all player interactions.

The interaction script triggers (Structure Block highlights), but the menu fails to open and a transparent UI layer captures all input.

Camera and joystick still function (movement layer unaffected).

Issue persists after disabling custom UI (TY-EL UI) and occurs both online and offline.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.90 or 1.21.100.

2. Enter a world (Creative).

3. Place a Structure Block.

4. Tap the block to open its menu.

5. Observe that the menu never appears, and interaction stops.

6. Try moving camera (still works) or breaking blocks (no response).

7. Exit the world → re-enter → works again until next Structure Block interaction.

Observed Results:

Camera & joystick move normally.

All touch interactions (break, place, open UI, inventory) fail.

Input layer appears locked.

Requires world reload to recover.

Expected Results:

Structure Block menu should open normally and allow interaction without freezing input.

Notes:

Reproduced consistently with and without custom UI.

Occurs in both singleplayer and multiplayer.

Not related to lag or connection — reproducible offline.

Likely caused by an unclosed modal input layer in structure_block_screen logic.
