Game constantly loading resource packs for the infinity amount of time even though you don't have any active RP

For some reason, every time i’m entering the game, it’s always loading some resource packs even though i don’t have any of them active.
And usually it never ends loading, so i’m getting stuck in the game menu, forced to reload it.
