I Encountered an End portal in a village but some of it’s parts are missing. i could not go to the End Due to this problem with the Portal

When I create a world with the provided seed and teleport to the coordinates in the screenshot, no End Portal or Stronghold is present. In what version was your world created?
Also, note that the game generates multiple End Portals and Strongholds per world, so you can find another one if you travel far enough.
