Crawling under a Trapdoor and using another one causes the player to lay on the Trapdoor with nothing above

When crawling under a Trapdoor and lowering another Trapdoor on the player, it can make them crawl too. Very small issue. Can stack.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a Trapdoor

2. Sneak and place another Trapdoor on top of the Trapdoor

3. Open both Trapdoors

4. Stand next to the Trapdoors and close the top one, then close the bottom one

5. Break or open the top Trapdoor

Observed Results:

The player continues to crawl despite there being no block above them.

Expected Results:

The player should stand up.
