[MCPE-229300] there is no avatar in Minecraft bedrock, although the xbox has an avatar

the avatar in minecraft is missing, although it is available on xbox, I tried to change it and even rewired Minecraft, but everything is hopeless.Can you fix it somehow? It's not even on the servers.

This is a new feature as mentioned in the changelog:

Added a new Minecraft Profile Pic. This icon is a snapshot of your character's appearance. The new Minecraft Profile Pic replaces your Xbox Gamerpic on all screens, including Profile, lists of players, and on Realms.

Note that custom skins are currently not supported. This issue is being tracked at MCPE-189765.
