Ore UI sliders don’t update in real-time when dragged by the slider bar

Summary:
The Ore UI sliders don’t update in real-time when dragged by the slider bar. This behavior is inconsistent with the JSON UI, where the slider handle updates in real-time while dragging.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a Ore UI menu that uses sliders (e.g. Settings > Accessibility, Settings > Audio).

2. Click and hold the left mouse button on the slider bar (not the slider handle).

3. While holding left-click, drag the mouse left or right.

Observed Results:
The slider handle (rectangle) does not move. It only moves after releasing left-click, making the slider feel unresponsive.

Expected Results:
The slider handle should move in real-time while dragging the mouse along the slider bar, as it does in menus using the JSON UI (e.g. Settings > Video).
