When following play-servers, I get a message “You shall not pass”, “Access these and other Social features by enabling multiplayer in your account”. However, it is not clear where this needs to be enables exactly. Following this page:
I am signed in to both Nintendo and Microsoft accounts
I have a Nintendo Switch online subscription
All settings as mentioned here are correct and should not provide restrictions: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/24302916594701
I have tried signing out and back in as well as restarting the game, this did not solve the problem.
Any help is appreciated, please let me know if any additional information is required.
