Trapdoors make the footstep sounds of incomplete blocks above them

When amethyst cluster is being placed sideways one block above an iron trapdoor, that is placed on the upper half of the block, the sound of walking on the amethyst cluster can be heard when a player is walking on that iron trapdoor.
