You can mine with the new spear

In the changelog they said you can't mine with the new spear, but when you going to mine with anything and switch to the spear the spear will be able to mine.

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. Place stone block

2. Grab a spear from inventory

3. Switch to survival

4. Mine the stone with your hand or other blocks

5. While your mining switch to the spear

Expected results: mining will be cancelled when switching to the spear

Given results: the spear will break the block
