Piglin produces interfering sounds while holding a golden item

Steps to Reproduce: 

1.  Go to the Nether.

1.  Spawn a Piglin and give it a Golden Spear

1.  Notice that imposing sounds are being produced.

Observed Results: 
Piglin will spam its grunk sound.

Expected Results: 
Piglin grunks periodically.
