Severe memory leaks while playing in my survival world

After importing my survival world from minecraft release 1.21.113, the game runs normally briefly, then the RAM usage grows rapidly out of control. This rapid growth is stacked even after saving and exiting to the main menu or exiting the game entirely as shown by task manager in the attachment below, eventually rendering my PC unusable.

My PC specs are as follows:
-Gigabyte A5 K1 Laptop
-AMD Ryzen 5 5600H
-NVIDIA RTX 3060 6 GB VRAM
-16 GB RAM

This issue still happens when creating new worlds even though on superflat worlds, the effect is not quite noticeable perhaps due to less things needing to load in progressively. Also, very rarely i am able to play on my survival world without being unplayable with my RAM spiraling out of control, but this requires a long process of recurrently rebooting the game and closing out of task manager additionally.

This issue is caused by the "Improved Input Response" option in Settings > Video. Disabling it and restarting the game should return the memory usage to normal levels. Resolving as a duplicate of MCPE-179496.
