When trying to boost with the wind charges it does not allow, this makes it impossible to use them and makes them useless in their function, I hope they fix this bug, because it is irritating that they do not work

Sorry for this question, but how do I add or attach a video to the report even if it's already published?
It doesn't let me add the file, it tells me there's not enough memory even though the video is only a few seconds long.
Is there any other way to send the video, from this page it doesn't allow me, even though it weighs 661kb
Does this issue occur in every world or only in a specific one?
