Fix the reach for mobile players

When i play on mobile my reach is lower than on pc or mobile.

Expected Behaviour:

Reach is the same as on every other platform.

Actual Behaviour:

Reach is lower than on every other platform.

How to reproduce: Try to kill a player on mobile and other platforms.
