Missing Textures on 'Copper Golem Hoodie' outwear

The one of the ‘Copper Age Update' character creator item “Copper Golem Hoodie” has it ‘Copper Lighting Rod’ texture is completely missing when wore the copper cape with it.

Steps to reproduce:

(Note: if you have that character creator item and already worn an in-game cape)

Open the dressing room → click on character creation tab (or ‘Edit Characte') → ‘Style’ → ‘Outwear’ → select ‘Copper Golem Hoodie’ one with the epic [Purple] rarity → observe.

Expected result: the ‘Copper Golem Hoodie’ with {Copper Lighting Rod} is present on top as part of the [Hoodie] itself while wearing any in-game cape.

Observed result: the ‘Copper Golem Hoodie’ with {Copper Lightning Rod} textures’ missing from it's upper area as part of the [Hoodie] itself while wearing any in game cape.
