Import Skin button cannot be selected when using a controller

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Using a controller, open the Dressing Room and create a Classic skin

2. Select the Get More Skins button and press down on the D-Pad

Observed Results:

The game skips over the Import Skin button and selects the skin pack below.

Expected Results:

The Import Skin button should be selected.
