Formatting is randomly removed in Book & Quill

I have an issue with the Book and Quill. I will write something and use the § option frequently, and I noticed that at random, some of the pages, when I open the book back up just go back to black and with no formatting of my sentences. I find this pretty infuriating as my realm uses books very often. As I am posting this I just opened another unsigned book and every other page the formatting is gone. Hope to hear from this soon or find it resolved. Thank you.
