Simple Item catagoryzer dus not work

The first hopper put the first item from the hopper mincraft in to the chest thats how it schud be but the second hopper dus not pick up the item from the hopper mincart and dus not put it in to the chest ant the same happens to Hoppers 4 6 8 and further and the problem dus happen on every direction

To reproduce it you make a double chest with 3 swords an a item stak of 53 items and 2 the same item types of choice then make a comparetor look in the chest and place a solid block behind it and a solid block above the comparetor and put redstone on top of the solid blocks and put a hopper on top of the chest next to the block facing the chest and put a rail in top of it and put a rail below the chest and build a few of des slices next to each other and the hopper mincart has four swords inside it so it kan pick 1 item type up and make then and put at the end of the slices 1 hopper under the under rails and make a hopper mincart set up like in the video

The results it Schud have 1 item that you choose in the hopper under the under rails and the 2 of the same items in the chest and 0 items in the hopper mincart except the swords need to sta in there

Actual results the items from chest 2 has 1 item and 1 item stays inside the hopper mincart an it schud be 2 items in the chest and 0 in the hopper mincart
