villagers despawn when not in generated villages

I recently updated my minecraft world to copper age update and i had a few villagers in my base that simply disapeared. I'm pretty sure that they didn’t died since they were in a closed up lighted area (and protected from thunders). Now, i've put nametags on them hoping it will not happen again.

I hope this will be fixed.
