The compass does not point to the center of the block, this is inconsistent with the player spawning in the center
List of Steps to Reproduce the Issue
Craft and hold a Compass.
Go to the World Spawn Point (where a compass would normally point).
Stand directly on top of the spawn block.
Observe the direction the compass needle is pointing.
Expected Result
The compass needle should point precisely to the center of the block on which the player is standing, as the player's spawn coordinates are typically set at the exact center of a block in the world.
Actual Result
The compass needle points slightly offset from the center of the block, which is inconsistent with the player spawning in the center.
