This behavior appears unintended, as Copper Golems and Happy Ghasts are passive utility mobs and should not trigger retaliation or wolf aggression.
Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn a Copper Golem and Happy Ghast.
Spawn and tame a wolf.
Attack the mentioned mobs once by accident.
Observe that the tamed wolf begins attacking the Happy Ghast and Copper Golem.
Expected Result:
Tamed wolves should not target Copper Golems and Happy Ghast when they are damaged by their owner, since Copper Golems and Happy Ghast are not hostile entities.
Observed Result:
Tamed wolves immediately attack the Copper Golem and Happy Ghast after it takes damage from the player.

I get why people think this is intended, but there’s an inconsistency here: wolves attack villagers and copper golems when the owner hits them, yet they completely ignore creepers. Creepers are hostile too, so this looks like a bug in the AI rather than intended behavior.

I pretty sure this is intended to happen because wolves are supposed to attack anything the owner damages, even villagers or copper golems.
