Global Resources Pack Reset

A year back i got my Microsoft account suspended and gave up on playing Minecraft until recently. I bought Minecraft beta version a few days ago on my phone, bedrock edition. Long story short, I’ve been trying to log in my old account seeing that it might be unsuspended (this fact being proven when i was able to log in my xbox account) and when opening Minecraft and trying to sign in. Each time it’ll say “Resource pack failed to load” which i checked multiple times my wifi is perfectly fine. And each time i try signing in afterwards. It wouldn’t work. Is this just a beta problem or my account?
