Camera (or the POV) is glitching every 5 seconds

Actually this bug is long standing still since the 1.20 update but mojang being mojang can't fix their game lol. It's getting frustrating since you add so many features but you can't fix this bug, even snapdragon 8 elite cpu don't survive to this bug and if you want to know more about this bug here

Whenever you're in ANY WORLD IN MINECRAFT PE(the android version) you'll experience this glitch where when you turn your camera in any direction, it'll glitch like think about your camera is teleporting onto different part of your screen. I know you already know this bug in MCPE but you just cant fix it. Later I'll provide a video or maybe not because you already know this
