[MCPE-230072] Certain region of the world would cause the game to lag severely

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Not really sure how to reproduce it
Expected result:
It works as normal
Actual result:
Particle wouldn’t show up indicating the block isn’t destroyed on the server end, entities wouldn’t load, chat messages wouldn’t send. After a while everything will start loading and teleport me to the last registered position before the lag happens

This happens pretty frequently (about everytime I visit that region)
