12 Eye Portal does not Light inside Trial Chambers

Description:

A fix for End Portal Frames not being deleted if inside a Trial Chamber happened, however if the End Portal is a 12 Eye Portal, it will still not light.

Step to Reproduce:

Load up a world with the seed given and go to the coordinates.

Seed: 51734387856242
Coordinates: /tp -193368 -8 -538771 facing -193370.55 -10.75 -538771.44

Expected Result:
End Portal should light as it is a 12 eye End Portal.

Observed Result:
Due to it being inside a Trial Chamber, the end portal does not light.
