Dear Minecraft Support Team,
Since October 29, 2025, around 3:30 PM (CET), I have continuously been unable to connect to Minecraft Realms. Every time I try, I receive the following error message:
“Could not connect to Realms.”
This issue occurs on multiple platforms — I have tested it on console, PC, and mobile (Bedrock Edition). All devices are running the latest version of Minecraft.
The problem is not caused by my internet connection, as my Wi-Fi is stable and other online services work perfectly. Many other players seem to be experiencing the same issue today, so I suspect there might be a server-side problem with Minecraft Realms.
Details:
Edition: Minecraft Bedrock
Platforms: Console, PC, and Mobile
Version: Latest (as of October 29, 2025)
Region: Baden-Württemberg, Germany
Time of first occurrence: Around 3:30 PM (CET), Oct 29 2025
Error message: “Could not connect to Realms”
Internet connection: Working normally
Please check whether there is an ongoing issue with the Realms or authentication servers. I would appreciate a confirmation or update.
Kind regards,
Arda
