Camel Husk Jockeys do not spawn naturally

In Java Edition, when husks spawn naturally in desert biomes, there is a 10% chance for them to spawn as camel_husk jockeys (husks riding camels). However, Bedrock Edition's husk spawn_rules lack this specific jockey variation, preventing natural generation of camel husk jockeys and creating cross-edition inconsistency.

How to Reproduce:

1. Locate a desert biome in Bedrock Edition

2. Repeatedly execute /kill @e to clear entities and allow new spawns

3. Monitor kill messages for camel husk jockeys

Observed Result:

• No camel_husk jockeys appear in kill messages or visually in the world

• Only regular husks spawn without camel mounts

Expected Result:

• Husk spawns should include a 10% chance of camel_husk jockeys to match Java Edition in desert biome spawns
