After updating Minecraft to the "Minecraft for Windows" version, the skin editor stopped working.
When attempting to edit or create a new skin, the editor does not load.
The game launches normally, and all worlds remain intact.
I have tried restarting the computer, logging out and back into my Microsoft account, and running wsreset.exe, but nothing worked.
Skins obtained from the MCC 15th Anniversary event (cape and other items) do not appear in Bedrock, but they are still available in the Java Edition.
The goal is to fix the skin editor and restore synchronization of rewards between Java and Bedrock versions.
