Severe lag and performance issues on Minecraft Realms and local worlds after the latest update (Windows 11 and Android).

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Windows 11 Pro 25H2.

  2. Join a Realms server or create a new local world.

  3. Move around in the world or try to interact with blocks.

Expected result:
Smooth gameplay, as before the recent update — stable performance with no input lag or stuttering.

Actual result:
The game freezes and stutters severely. Movement feels like jumping in short bursts and only stops when colliding with walls or obstacles. This happens both on Realms and locally hosted worlds.
After launching the game, the computer immediately ramps up to maximum fan speed and system load, even before entering the world.
Reinstalling the game, disabling all add-ons, and lowering graphics settings to minimum did not help.
The issue also occurs when joining the same Realm from a Samsung Galaxy S9 tablet, which previously worked fine before the update.
Before this update, everything worked smoothly on the same hardware and network connection.

Additional info:

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-10500 @ 3.10 GHz

  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (8 GB)

  • RAM: 32 GB DDR4 (3600 MHz)

  • System: Windows 11 Pro 25H2

  • The issue started after the latest Bedrock update, before the Realms service outage.
