Minecraft multiplayer not working

My game has been like this for the past months now I’m not able to join friends or family without paying for gamepass when I already bought the game separately without gamepass. It was alright for the year or two I had it now it’s not allowing me to join friends or invite friends to my world! How can I fix this? Please help??
