Iron Golem and bees disappears

I built an Iron Golem a couple days ago and it has disappeared. That is 36 iron ingots just poof Gone!

Also my bees continue to disappear every other day. I have to keep 3 boxes of them in a different area to help repopulate the 7 boxes on my farm.
