Custom Xbox Gamerpic fails to load in Minecraft Bedrock (All Players/Grey/Steve Profile Picture) after recent update.

Since the recent update (1.21.114 and later), my own custom profile picture (Xbox Gamerpic) is failing to load correctly in Minecraft Bedrock. This issue is also confirmed by all players on my friends list.

Instead of the correct custom image, my profile icon and the icons of my friends now appear either grey/blank or display the default character face (Steve/Alex). This issue started immediately after the last game update.

I have already attempted the standard troubleshooting steps, which were unsuccessful:

1. Logging out and back into my Microsoft/Xbox account within Minecraft.

2. Changing my Xbox Gamerpic (custom image) on the Xbox platform and waiting over a week (not just 48 hours) for synchronization.

3. Restarting the game and device.

4. Unninstaling the game and installing it again.

This issue happened on my Android device and my computer.

My custom profile picture, set on the Xbox account, should load and display correctly in Minecraft Bedrock, as it did prior to the latest update.
