Title: Bring back proper mouse lock and old controls for Windows Bedrock

After version 1.21.120, Minecraft Bedrock on Windows no longer locks the mouse properly. The cursor keeps leaving the game window, making it unplayable. Older versions had stable and smooth mouse lock, but now it’s broken.
Please change it back to how it was before — the old mouse input system worked perfectly.
The new update messed up both gameplay and control. We need the original behavior restored in the next patch.
You're in windowed mode and in a menu. This is expected behavior and is also how the UWP version behaved. Switch to fullscreen mode by pressing the F11 key to prevent the mouse from leaving the window.
If the issue persists in fullscreen mode, attach a video showing this.
