The 1.21 update breaks the replaceitem command

Steps to reproduce:

1.Place a repeating command block and set redstone to always active.

2.Enter following command.

/replaceitem block ~~1~ slot.container 1 diamond_sword 1 1

3.Place a container on the command block.

4.Open the container.

Expected result:

Replaced items will take out correctly.

Actual result:

Cannot take out the replaced items
