When playing on multi-player, other users skins including mine won't load and defaults to a default skin. Non of us across different platforms could see each other minecraft skin.

Do you and the other players have the "Only Allow Trusted Skins" option enabled in Settings > General? If so, can you see each other's skins if you both disable it and rejoin the world?
