I've tried everything from updating video drivers updating my pc and installing in a new location, even making a new world but every time my framerate will dip down to 12 or 10 fps. I’ve tried the preview version and have no issues getting 140 to 150 fps with all the graphic settings maxed out. running at 1080p with a 4060 ti 16 gb card and a AMD Ryzen 5 8400F 6-Core Processor. This all started with the 1.21.120 update and hasn’t gotten any better.

I’ve been having the same exact issue with similar specs too (RTX 4060, 32GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X). I was looking at Task Manager and it seems like there’s a serious memory leak issue because as soon as I open a world the game starts eating up memory at an alarming rate and when my computer gets to ~90% usage the frame rate drops to about one or two, though the AMD overlay says it should be 15 or so.
I haven’t played Bedrock Edition for quite a while so I just assumed it was having a moment and restarted the game and my computer several times and the issue didn’t fix itself. I only got it to work once for a bit, but when I restarted the game because Xbox was being weird with invites it did it again and is keeping itself at an unplayable FPS. This wasn’t happening for either of the friends I had in my world.
