Vibrant Visuals causes memory leak and ultimately game crash (unplayable)

When using vibrant visuals after 30 seconds - 5 minutes the amount of ram that Minecraft is using runs up to over 8-10gb, the framerate drops to around 2-5 frames per second after a few short minutes of 60+ fps. This glitch STARTED with the latest patch (Not sure the exact number, it was the one that was released a few days ago on 10/31 or 11/1 or 11/2 and realms was down for the majority of the day). When we were finally able to get back on realms, vibrant visuals then had the runaway memory problem. It does it on my computer and my friends computer (not the same type or build) but my wifes computer does NOT have the memory leak. I’ve reinstalled twice, tried changing settings and updating EVERY driver and software related to the hardware. The only fix is to turn it down to the old basic settings, not vibrant visuals. My computer is more than capable of running vibrant visuals, it has 16gb of ram, 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13620H (2.40 GHz), 1 TB SSD and GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU. It is the ASUS TUF Gaming F15 Laptop. I was running vibrant visuals without a problem prior to this patch.
