UI icons invisible after update 1.21.121

After updating the game to version 1.21.121, almost all UI icons became invisible, except for the inventory icons and world textures.
I removed all addons from my world, but it didn’t fix the issue. Then I created a new world with no addons at all, but the problem persisted. I also restarted Windows, and the issue still remains.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock version 1.21.121

2. Enter any world (with or without addons)

3. Open menus and HUD

4. Notice that most icons are invisible

Expected result:
All icons should be visible and work normally.

Actual result:
Most of the icons are invisible, except for inventory icons and world textures.
